In an industry where time is money, this presentation looks at some real reasons that infection control remains a necessary measure in the salon and spa markets. The content is delivered from a healthcare (not legal or microbiological) perspective, giving attendees a new perspective and motivation to review their infection control standards in the salon. The presentation is interesting and makes practicing safely simple and desirable.

This program will show participants how to identify and develop the leadership skills that are required of a Master Educator. Participants will understand how to build accountability in their students and will be given the tools to create trust and set clear expectations in order to ignite exceptional performance in both themselves and their students.

We ask that you encourage your students to attend the day with you. There will be many educational classes available to students with a $15.00 paid admission (pre-sale price).
